MEMBERSHIP ISSUES

Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve.  If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either

New Issues

Memberships Not Assumed

The following were marked as members on the organizer's report.  Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.

·         Rich Rodgers – was shown as a member at the Columbus pull on 02 September.  As of 14 September, membership does not list him, and he is not shown as joining at the pull.  I am assuming provisional at this time.

Memberships Assumed

The following individuals apparently joined at a pull (shows in the organizers financial report).  Their membership was assumed with the date of the pull, but is still being watched until the membership chair has received the paperwork.

·         Keith Ping – Apparently renewed his family membership at the Columbus pull on 01 September.

·         Jerry Leist – is apparently a new region 6 member (individual) that joined at the Columbus pull 01 September.

·         Josh Leiter – is apparently a new region 6 member (individual) that joined at the Columbus pull 01 September.

·         Jeff & Lois Bellamy – are apparently new region 6 members (family) that joined at the Columbus pull 02 September.

·         David & Stephanie Coleman – show joining family 01 September at Corapeake.  Membership has them joining the 2^nd and has the name as Dale.  I am assuming the 1^st and David.  Checking.

·         Mark Landers – Apparently renewed his family membership at the Cheyenne pull on 08 September.

·         Scot Dowd – is apparently a new region 9 member (family) that joined at the Cheyenne pull on 08 September.

·         Gabe Casas – Apparently renewed his individual membership at the Cheyenne pull on 08 September.

·         Kimberly Abbey – is apparently a new region 6 member (family) that joined at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.

·         Matt Libbey – is apparently the other adult on Kimberly Abbey’s membership.

·         Donna Libbey – Apparently renewed her individual membership at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.

·         Amy Morris – Apparently renewed her individual membership at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.

·         Aaron Dill – is apparently a new region 6 member (individual) that joined at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.

·         Phillip Dill – is apparently a new region 6 member (individual) that joined at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.

·         Tyler Lake – is apparently a new region 6 member (family) that joined at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.

·         Stephanie Stoll -- is apparently a new region 6 member (family) that joined at the Gladwin pull on 08 September.  Stephanie pulled provisional last season.
