Requested Changes
Action Jaxon owned by Kevin Hybeck in region 9. Changed back to the original name I had by request of Kevin. An organizer indicated it should be just Jaxson.
Swampdog’s HEAT was sold to Mary Jane St. Lawrence on 07 Feb 03. He will retain his points to Feb 7th with Todd Pederson, and start with new points with Mary Jane.
Riggs was sold to John Clark (provisional) sometime before 08 Feb 03. He will retain his points to Feb 8th with Dave Coleman.

Coca (owned by Jaci Rodgers) was left off of the finish report. Added Coca to the 150# class in last place.

For the following entries, the name spelling (bold) used is that in the database. Listed is the pull number and how the name was spelled on the pull sheet (underlined).

Instead of just assuming memberships, I am carrying this as a reminder that we have some issues to resolve. If you are on this as a “membership not assumed”, besides not acquiring pull points, you are probably not getting the newsletter either
The following were marked as members on the organizer's report. Membership has no record and the individuals are assumed Provisional until confirmation. Their pulls will become valid if membership records their join date as on or before the pulls in question.
· Ken Cowen – listed as a member at the Leavenworth, WA pull on 18 Jan. No sign of joining, and membership does not have him as a member as of 30 Jan. Assuming provisional at this time.
· Carol Kinne – was listed as a member at the Ticonderoga pull 18 Jan. No sign of joining, and membership does not have her as a member as of 30 Jan. Assuming provisional at this time.
· Mary Hernandez – Listed as a member at the Brighton, CO pull 20 Jan, and Greeley pull 01 Feb; but no sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership list her as of 31 Jan. Mary last joined in 1999. Assuming provisional at this time.
· Mike Landry – Handled Rukkus at Gates, NC 08-09 Feb. He was listed as a member, but no sign of joining at the pull, nor does membership have him as of 31 Jan. Assuming provisional at this time.
· Michelle Bryant – Handled Teazer at Ridgefield 26 Jan. She was list as a member, but no sign of joining and membership did not have her as of 31 Jan.
