Unless otherwise specified within the individual form instructions below, forms must be mailed (not emailed) with the accompanying fee.

Membership Application
Updated July 2024

Download the Membership Form (in .doc (Word) format) (opens a new window) that you can fill out, then print, and mail it to the indicated Membership Chair with the appropriate fee payable to the I.W.P.A. Also available in PDF format. The PDF is non-fillable, must be printed and then manually completed.

You may pay by check or money order in USD.

You may pay by PayPal in USD. You must include the PayPal transaction ID of your payment on the Membership Form that you mail to the Membership chair (just like you would include a check number when using that payment option) You may enter it in the check # option.

You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to use PayPal to pay via credit card.

Please note, all PayPal transactions include the PayPal fee

All membership forms must be signed and mailed to the indicated Membership Chair.

Membership begins based upon the postmark per the organization's constitution.

Working Dog Certificate Application

Download the Working Dog Degree Application (in .docm (Word) format) (opens a new window) that you can fill out, and email to the Working Dog Chair (Connie Meech) AND follow-up with a check, payable to I.W.P.A., that you send via US mail (the form could also be sent via US mail). Also available in PDF format. The Non-fillable PDF, must be printed and then manually completed.

You may pay by check or money order in USD.

You may pay by PayPal in USD. You must include the PayPal transaction ID of your payment on one of the application forms that you mail to the Membership chair

You do NOT have to be a PayPal member to use PayPal to pay via credit card.

Sanctioning Application

Download the Sanctioning Application Form (opens in a new window) that is in Word .docm format, that you can fill out and email to the indicated Sanctioning Chair AND follow-up with a check/money order, payable to I.W.P.A., that you send via US mail (the form could also be sent via US mail if you do not email it). Also available in non-fillable PDF format. Non-fillable forms must be printed and then manually completed.

Sanctioning Packet

Download to your computer the Sanctioning Packet ZIP File in order to obtain all the forms needed for reporting pull results. There is a PDF file in each packet named Sanctioning Packet List on Completing Pull Forms.

The following forms are fillable (in .docm format): Entry Form, Membership Application, Handler's Complaint, Financial Report, Judge's Report, Weight Pull Finish Report, Weight Pull Final Results and Organizer's Report.
The previous forms are also in PDF format, non-fillable. The following forms are in PDF: Weight Pull Score Sheet, Handler's Meeting Registration, Membership Receipt, Provisional Membership Form and Receipt, Rule Booklet, Sanctioning Packet List, IWPA Info Flyer, Novice Handlers' Registration

Fees per Dogs Pulled to the Sanctioning Chair
Once you click the 'Add to Cart' button, then update the quantity to the total number of dogs that pulled (this will be the total of the first column 'No. of Dogs Pulled' on your Financial Report). Include the PayPal transaction ID on your Financial Report.
Then complete the transaction, as this is the total money owed to the Sanctioning Chair.

Fees per Provisional Dogs Pulled to the Membership Chair
Once you click the 'Add to Cart' button, then update the quantity to the total number of Provisional dogs that pulled.
You may then complete the transaction if you don't have memberships collected from the pull. If you collected memberships, you may also pay for them online. You may do so by clicking continue shopping at the end of the Provisional Dogs Pulled transaction and selecting the next 'Add to Cart' button. Remember to Include the PayPal transaction ID on your Financial Report.
This money goes to the Membership Chair.

Membership Fees Collected at the pull to the Membership Chair
Once you click the 'Add to Cart' button, then update the quantity to the total number of that type of membership you collected.
You may then complete the transaction if you don't have additional memberships collected from the pull. If you collected additional memberships, then click continue shopping at the end of that transaction and selecting the next type of membership collected and click 'Add to Cart'. Remember to Include the PayPal transaction ID on your Financial Report.
This money goes to the Membership Chair.
